Newport County ADC represents a new era of player development within the Newport County pathway.

As the first programme of its kind aligned to Newport County AFC, we are building a structured development environment designed to help ambitious young players learn, compete and maximise their potential.

To support this vision, we are looking to connect with talented, ambitious and committed coaches who share our desire to develop players, support fellow coaches and help shape the future of player development across our county.

Our programme currently operates from U8-U14 and delivers a comprehensive football experience including:

• 44-week annual programme
• Two coaching contacts per week
• JPL League Competition
• National & Regional Tournaments
• International Tournament Opportunities
• Futsal Programme
• Individual Player Development Reviews
• Coach Education & Mentoring Opportunities

Whether you are an experienced coach looking to operate within a high-performance environment or an aspiring coach taking the first steps on your coaching journey, Newport County ADC is committed to supporting your development.

As part of the programme, coaches will have access to ongoing support, mentoring and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities designed to help them progress along their own coaching pathway.
